About FontFinder

FontFinder is a short, hand-picked guide to 18 of the most useful free fonts on Google Fonts, rather than the full catalogue of more than a thousand. Each font page shows a live preview loaded straight from Google Fonts, its category, the weights it comes in, and a note on where it works best. All of the fonts are open source and free for commercial use.

Browse the full list or by category (sans-serif, serif and monospace), see ready-made heading and body combinations on the pairings page, or type your own text into the type tester to compare fonts at any size and weight. The blog covers choosing, pairing and loading web fonts.
